Prestressed high-strength concrete (PHC) pipe pile has the advantages of high single bearing capacity, a wide range applications, good driving resistance, fast construction speed, etc. It been widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, ports, and other industries. The application extra-long PHC piles with length more than 50 m is increasing. However, there are few studies on drivability hammering criteria piles. To analyze predict their this paper, high-strain dynamic tests were carried out 14 test sections foundation Temburong Bridge Brunei as research background. hammer stop control calculated according to Hiley formula would lead excessive hammering.
